At Verceti.us, we are committed to transparent and consistent shipping practices. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

 

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are subject to the timelines below. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Premade Products:
Premade items are processed and shipped within 5 business days after order confirmation.

Pre-Orders:
Pre-order items are non-refundable once an order is placed. Pre-orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days of Verceti.us receiving the product from the manufacturer, as disclosed on the product description page.

Refunds for pre-orders will only be issued if the stated fulfillment timeframe has passed without the item being processed and shipped, or if an error occurs on our end. In such cases, Verceti.us will notify the customer and, at the customer’s discretion, either issue a refund or provide compensation of equal or comparable value.

Same-day shipping may be offered during select periods and is subject to availability. Once an order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

Verceti.us currently ships to select countries internationally. Shipping availability is subject to change without notice.

Shipping costs vary by destination. A flat-rate fee applies to U.S. orders; international shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Free shipping promotions apply to U.S. orders only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Verceti.us does not collect, control, or reimburse these fees and is not responsible for customs-related delays or holds.

3. Carrier Liability & Delivery Confirmation

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, Verceti.us is not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery errors caused by the carrier, including but not limited to weather, customs inspections, or carrier operational issues.

If tracking information confirms that an order has been successfully delivered, this constitutes conclusive proof of delivery. Ownership, risk of loss, and responsibility for the package fully transfer to the customer at this point.

Verceti.us is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, missing, or misdelivered after delivery confirmation, including theft from porches, mailrooms, or front desks. No refunds, replacements, store credit, or reshipments will be issued for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

At our discretion, we may assist customers by contacting the carrier or providing guidance on submitting a carrier inquiry or claim. Such assistance does not constitute acceptance of liability or guarantee of resolution.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address, ensuring a secure delivery location, and monitoring tracking updates after an order has been processed and shipped.

4. No Chargebacks & Arbitration Clause

By completing a purchase with Verceti.us, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason covered under this Shipping Policy, including but not limited to delivery confirmation, carrier delays, or pre-order fulfillment timelines.

Unauthorized or improper chargebacks for orders that comply with this policy will be disputed using carrier tracking data, delivery confirmation, and this Shipping Policy as evidence.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to shipping, delivery, or order fulfillment shall be resolved through binding arbitration, to the fullest extent permitted by law. By placing an order, you waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials related to such disputes.
